Pro Tip: Freeze for Future You

Not everyone can (or wants to) eat cabbage for three days straight. Here’s a little trick:

Before frying, freeze the croquette mixture for up to 2-3 weeks in a double-bagged Ziploc or vacuum-sealed bag. When you’re ready for round two, just thaw, coat in Panko, and fry fresh. Future you will be so grateful!

This Forking Alchemy Mashup is living proof that with a few pantry staples and a sprinkle of creativity, you can keep meals fresh, fun, and full of flavor. Who knew cabbage could be such a superstar?

Give it a try and let me know how it goes! Did you discover any new twists?
